It’s Christmas Time 🎄

Hello!!! 10 days left until Christmas and I cannot wait. Christmasy Playlist on repeat – check, cool and fuzzy snowman socks – check, a good cup of Hot Chocolate – check and a wonderful book – check….what a perfect holiday moment.

But If you aren’t already in the X-mas mood here’s my two favourite books for the season:

~ Let it Snow by John Green Maureen Johnson and Lauren Myracle ~

This book has three different stories – The Jubilee Express by Maureen JohnsonA Cheertastic Christmas Miracle by John Green & The Patron Saint of Pigs by Lauren Myracle and they’re all about love and Christmas and family and friends. Of all stories The Jubilee Express is definitely my favourite. Jubilee’s train gets stuck in the snow after visiting her grandparents and she has to find a way to get home in time for Christmas.

~ Harry Potter & the Sorcerer’s Stone by J.K.Rowling ~

Which bookworm hasn’t dream of  Christmas at Hogwarts? I mean…

In the first book of Harry Potter series we experience for the first time, the Hogwarts Christmas just like Harry and that moment is so amazing and special and magical. As I’m reading I can imagine the enormous wood tables filled with food and the magical snow falling from the ceiling like a winter wonderland. And if that doesn’t convince you I’m sure Mrs Weasly matching jumpers will…

Hope you have a great holiday

~ My Ultimate Fall Playlist ~

Hello!! As I’m writing this post the rain is pouring outside my window I can hear the tree branches ranging against the cold glass and the wind is blowing away the last leaves that remained fallen and I cannot express how [to me] this moment is just perfection…

I’m becoming more and more aware as I walk down streets full of lights and I enter stores full of Christmas decoration that Fall is coming to an end – although it is only officially over on December 21st – and Winter is coming to replace it…

But not today hence I decided to share some music from my ultimate fall playlist that I’ve been listening to on repeat for the past month ( a.k.a. since September 22nd when Fall officially began) …but first I must warn you… it can contain a lot of Adele…

~ Hello \\ Adele

~Mess is Mine \\ Vance Joy

~Little Talks \\ Of Monsters and Men

~Love in The Dark \\ Adele

~Let it go \\ James Bay

~When We Were Young \\ Adele

~If I Die Young \\ The Band Perry

~Give it All \\ Ed Prosek

You can add to this Adele’s latest album 25 because it’s basically what I hear all the time…and you can also see on my Spotify Autumn Feelings Playlist what else I’ve been hearing…Hope you have a wonderful and cosy weekend!

Oh, November…

“How did it get so late so soon?” -Dr. Seuss

Oh, can you please tell me how in the world we are already in the month of November?? I simply cannot believe how time has flown by me (and by you maybe). It seems just like a week ago I entered university! It seems like a few weeks ago I turned the big 18!! It seems like a month ago I went to my trip to London…but it definitely was not a week or few nor a month ago all those things happened!!!

Cold nights are here and no other thought crosses my mind other than winter is coming and shortly after that Christmas and New Year and Welcome 2017….and another year goes by within a blink of an eye…

However I made myself a goal for the rest of the year (55 days left),  I am going to enjoy the little things and make them count whether is eating cereals with milk for dinner at 11p.m or almost getting late to a class because there was a spider in my window, and I’m not going to moan more about time…

So November I cannot wait for those chilly afternoons sitting in a coffee shop drinking Hot Chocolate and having silly conversations that late facetime call with my friends that are gone for uni or that eleven p.m gateways to go and eat some chocolate.

Books To Read This Halloween 🎃

Hello!! Next Monday is Halloween and what better time than Halloween to read spooky books about ghosts and paranormal activity?!

I speak for myself when I say I’m not a very Halloweeny person as I don’t like scary stuff but I’m all about the candy! As I know there are people like me I compiled a list with kind-of-scary-kind-of-not-scary-books for Halloween!

Books I Read  & Recommend

~ The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer (Mara Dyer #1) by Michelle Hodkin

~ The Raven Boys (The Raven Cycle #1) by Maggie Stiefvater

~  Beautiful Creatures (Caster Chronicles #1) by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl

Books Goodreads Recommend

~  Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children (Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children #1) by Ransom Riggs

The Casquette Girls (The Casquette Girls #1) by Alys Arden

~  The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman

What is your book recommendation for Halloween? Do you like scary books?

Hello, October!!

Hello October & Hello Fall!! How much I’ve missed you!

Don’t get me wrong I love summer and all but I’m all about Autumn! Layers, everything pumpkin flavoured, sweaters, scarves, leaves and boots….what else do we need to be happy?? Nothing in my humble opinion.

This is the time when I listen to Adele’s albums on repeat when everything I eat has cinnamon when all the candles start to decrease their size when fuzzy socks are socially acceptable to wear again and when snuggling with a good book and a cozy blanket when it’s chilly outside becomes the best feeling in the all entire world!

As you can tell I reaaaaaally do love Autumn and everything it offers and I cannot wait to dedicate my future post to it and share with you!!

I hope you grab a good blanket ’cause Fall is here!!!!!
